How UNDERLINED handles your personal data (GDPR)
1. Data controller

2. What we collect and why
Orders: name, email, phone number, shipping address, size and quantity, and payment status. Purpose: to fulfil your order and contact you about it. Legal basis: contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Invoices and accounting records: kept because the law requires it (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)), for 8 years.
Waitlist: your email address, when you signed up and that you agreed. Purpose: to tell you about new drops. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by replying to any email or writing to us.
We never see or store your card details. Stripe handles payment.
3. Who processes data for us
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (payments), Netlify, Inc. (website hosting), Cloudflare, Inc. (domain and email forwarding), Turso (order database), Resend (sending emails), our delivery company (named in your shipping email; receives your name, address and phone number for delivery), SHY Cloud Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai, China (production: receives only sizes and quantities, no personal data).
Some of these providers are in the USA. Transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
Order data: for as long as needed to fulfil the order and handle warranty claims, and accounting records for 8 years. Waitlist: until you unsubscribe.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Stripe sets the cookies needed for secure payment on its own checkout page.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of processing, data portability, and you can object to processing. Write to [email protected]; we answer within one month.
