General terms and conditions for the UNDERLINED web shop

2. Scope
These terms apply to every purchase made on this website. By placing an order you accept them. The contract is concluded in English and in electronic form; we store it and you can request a copy by email.
3. Products and prices
Product descriptions, sizes and prices are shown on the product page. Prices are in Hungarian forint (HUF) or euro (EUR), as chosen at checkout, and [include VAT / are VAT-exempt under ...]. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment.
Product photos and visuals may differ slightly from the finished product (for example in colour on different screens).
4. Pre-orders
Some drops are sold as pre-orders with a minimum quantity (for example 50 pieces) and a deadline, both shown on the product page.
You pay the full price when you order. The pre-order becomes final only if the minimum quantity is reached by the deadline. We then produce the items and ship them within the estimated delivery time shown on the product page.
If the minimum is not reached by the deadline, the contract ends automatically and we refund the full amount you paid to the original payment method within 14 days of the deadline.
Numbered pieces are numbered in the order payments were received, after the drop is confirmed. You cannot choose a specific number.
5. Ordering and payment
Choose size and quantity, read the pre-order terms, tick the confirmation box and continue to payment. Payment is handled by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
After payment you receive an order confirmation by email. If you do not receive it within 48 hours, please contact us.
6. Delivery
We ship to the address you enter at checkout, to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. We will tell you by email if there is a delay.
7. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
If you are a consumer, you can withdraw from the contract within 14 days after you receive the product, without giving a reason. See the Returns page for how to do it.
Before a pre-order drop is confirmed, you can also cancel your pre-order by emailing us; we refund you in full.
8. Warranty and complaints
If the product is faulty, you have the rights given by Hungarian law (including the 2-year statutory warranty, kellékszavatosság, for consumers). Email us with your order number and a photo of the problem.
We answer complaints within 30 days. If we can't agree, you can turn to the conciliation board of your place of residence, for example the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület, 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.), or to the courts.
9. Intellectual property
All artwork belongs to the artist and/or UNDERLINED. Buying a product does not give you the right to copy or reproduce the artwork.
10. Governing law
Hungarian law applies, without removing any protection you have under the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
