Returns and refunds

Pre-order didn't reach its goal

You don't need to do anything. We refund the full amount to the card you paid with. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 days, depending on your bank.

Changed your mind (14 days)

You can return the product within 14 days after you receive it, without giving a reason.

1. Email [email protected] with your order number and "withdrawal" in the subject line (or use the form below).

2. Send the item back within 14 days of your email to: 3300 Eger, Leányka utca 2.. Please send it unworn and unwashed, in its original bag.

3. We refund the price and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days of your email. We may wait until the item arrives back. Return shipping is paid by [you / us].

Model withdrawal form

Faulty or wrong item

Email us a photo and your order number within a reasonable time after you notice the problem. We replace or refund it and pay the shipping.
